This movie is a tough one to watch. I feel like this is a must-see for everyone whether you eat fish or not. I have always loved fish however, this film is making me re-evaluate things.
Here are just a few facts that are highlighted in the film.
- 250,000 Turtles are either captured, killed, or injured in the fishing industry just in the United States
- 46% of the Pacific Garbage Patch is comprised of fishing nets. Fishing nets are meant to kill. The marine life doesn't stand a chance against these nets.
- 30,000 sharks are killed per hour by these nets
- 300,000 whales, dolphins, and porpoises are killed by nets every year
These are just a few of the topics highlighted in the movie. There is so much packed into this film, it's a must-see. Make your own opinion. I love the ocean more than anything, so this devastated me.

A little Spring cleaning is always fun. This dish is so easy to make. It took less than 1 hour. Make a big batch and leave it in the refrigerator. Even my kids liked it....miracles can happen.
